Steps: choose an animal online or at the shelter, meet it in person, sign the adoption contract; the animal is registered in your name in PETVET by its microchip. You need to be 18+, with an ID (foreigners: passport and residence permit).
Dogs adopted from the shelter get a PATİ KART: free municipal treatment and partner discounts. To take a pet to the EU or UK: microchip, pet passport, rabies vaccination and a titre test at least 3 months before travel.
